I am 45, work in high-tech.
Your pub is a wonderful place in many respects - beautifully designed, comfortable, the selection of high-quality beverages is awesome, the service friendly and efficient. BUT... Guys, what's with the music?!!! After 9, the volume of the music is simply unbearable! Why are you doing this?!! This is a pub, not a disco, for God's sake! This assault on eardrums totally contradicts the image your pub projects. The pub clearly aims at attracting serious, mature clientele - the age restriction, the decor, the quality of the beverages, the prices. This could be a great place to come with a companion, to sample some of your single malts, to enjoy a quiet conversation. But after 8-9 o'clock this is impossible! The volume of the music is so high that one cannot hear himself think, let alone hear anyone else talking! The bartenders have to read clients' lips to guess what they are ordering. Last week I visited your pub with my girlfriend. We came around eight, and it was very nice. But the volume of the music kept going up until it became unbearable, and at nine we were forced to leave. I must tell you that if not for the music, we would have stayed much longer and paid much, much more money. Please, please lower the volume!
