How to buy, age and smoke meat; how to make an Asado; all about the perfect steak

Schedule:

  1. Settling in at the restaurant; coffee / tea and cake.
  2. In small groups:

Group A – peeling and cutting vegetables, making bread dough

Group B – making beef poyke

Group C – making authentic Argentinean asado

  1. Lecture about beef in Israel, beef import. During the lecture, food will be served with good wine.

 

Price for one at the workshop: NIS 450

Workshop duration – about 4 hours (open for modifications)

A minimum of 10 participants
