Arnold's Mehadrin kosher chef restaurant was established in 1997, and since then was recently selected as one of the top five kosher restaurants in Israel. Arnold's is built upon family roots, generations and generations of creative thought and food.
Uri Arnon is Arnold's head chef and owner, the creator of the restaurant's special menu which reflects the Galilee area, with French and Mediterranean influences.
Arnon has proved many times how a kosher restaurant is capable of serving high quality food: "All ingredients are replaceable. Saying that something does not taste good because it is kosher is an unlearned opinion", he says.
The restaurant's wine selection is composed of local wines that go well with the food offered on the menu. Home brewed beer is also served.
To complete it all, a variety of desserts are made on the premises by the house confectioner.
