Starters: Selection of Iskender's house salads; Lavash – Traditional Turkish bread with nigella and sesame baked in a wood-fired taboon oven; Lahmacun – taboon oven pastry with lamb meat, parsley, onions and tomatoes in hot spices; baladi eggplant – open fire grilled eggplant served with tahini and tomato salsa; mini grilled merguez sausages, served with fresh Romaine (Arabic) lettuce.
