Couscous is made with love: a moral story
Once upon a time the Gueta brothers Ronen and Rafi decided to start a restaurant. Their first attempt, a French restaurant, was closed soon after it was opened, to be replaced by an Italian restaurant. The Italian cuisine was not as successful as hoped, but then an unexpected solution appeared. As soon as Rafi came up with a revolutionary idea of starting an authentic Tripolitan restaurant, he shared it with his mother. The rest, as they say, is history.
Returning to the sources proved to be the best approach for the Gueta family. Mother Leah Gueta, who now heads the Gueta restaurant kitchen, is the true soul of this place. Other than cooking family recipes that have been passed through generations, she gives this restaurant her motherly love, personal touch and warmth.
And so today, many years after it was opened, the successful Gueta restaurant is the ultimate prove of the power of love.
