The restorun company was established in 2005 with the aim of providing a quality solution for the field of restaurant hospitality from the standpoint of managing reservations and customer retention. 

The management

Mr. Yoav Itzkovitch - CEO

Formerly the CEO of an investment firm, for the past 17 years, Yoav held various managerial positions in the Hi-Tech sphere, from general management, R&D, fund raising to marketing and business development. 
Yoav was the first CEO of Maayan Ventures (Public on TASE) Israel’s largest incubator. 
Yoav played a significant role as a member of the core founding teams in the creation of NomadIQ and Imperva, two successful startups. 
Yoav has extensive experience in the management and foundation of technology companies. Yoav, alongside Shlomo Kramer, the founder of Check Point, took part in the creation of Imperva, a leader in the application and database security field. The company secured 17$ Million from leading VC’s: 
Accel, Usvp and Venrock. While holding a leading position at 2bVentures, a privately held incubator, Yoav took part in the foundation of NomadIQ, a world pioneer in wireless data applications. The company was sold to Omnisky (Nasdaq: OMNY) for $42 Million. 

In the capacity of a business advisor, Yoav set on the board of several startup companies including AquaPure Technologies, Lextran Inc. 
MedicalOpinion and led the companies to successful fund raising of several million of dollars. Yoav has also been an advisor to various leading global and Israeli business entities: Ludan Engineering, Lextran, EyeClick, Recognix, Aquapure, Tel Aviv University, Stern Partners, eXciTV, MedicalOpinion, Kinarot incubator etc. 

Yoav holds a degree in Business Administration from Hebrew University, Jerusalem (Cum Laude) and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University (Cum Laude). Yoav graduated with honors from the elite IDF computers course - Mamram.

Mr. Libiu Solomon – VP for Business Development

Prior to joining Restorun as Vice President for Business Development, Libiu held for the last 20 years a vast range of executive positions covering both international and domestic markets.

Most recently, Libiu served as Managing Director of Amicroe Canada and prior to that as President of Synel North America operating from Toronto Canada.

Prior to that Libiu spent over a decade at IBM where between other executive functions he served as International Sales and Marketing Manager for mid-range systems. Subsequent to his role at IBM, Libiu pursued with his career at Sun Microsystems for over four years, where he has held the COO position. 
In all his capacities Libiu addressed and managed different international business segments, cultures and languages, large customer bases through direct and indirect/channels. 

In his new role at Restorun, Libiu will be responsible for accelerating the company's growth throughout the International markets leveraging his extensive years of experience in International Sales and Marketing. 

Libiu holds a Master and MBA from the London School of Economics. 

Mr. Ran Wakslak - CTO

Graduate in computer science and business administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During 2003-2004, he managed the Artichoke restaurant, and with the experience he accumulated and his awareness of the market’s needs, he developed the first version of the system for the restaurant.
