Chef Shaul Ben Aderet, owner and head chef of Kimmel and Kimmel Bagilboah, now heads HaTarnegol Hakachol (Blue Rooster) in Tel Aviv's G Tower.

Blue Rooster offers a home-like atmosphere and an urban experience. The restaurant's menu has something for any time of day – from business offers to creative cocktails.

Chef Ben Aderet composes dishes using his unique interpretation of fresh raw materials. The restaurant's delicatessen offers its own delicacies, based on available produce. Every day, three main courses on the menu have one component in common - mushrooms, eggplants, lamb meat or others.

The menu includes dishes such as pasta in beef stock, oxtail stew and steamed spinach; a pan of shrimps in tomatoes, paprika, black peppers and garlic sauce – Moroccan style; lamb osso buccu in stock, served with mashed potatoes and burnt tomato.

Blue Rooster offers a variety of sitting areas: main hall, small saloon, impressive balcony, cocktail bar, wine area and a private room for events of up to 50 guests.
