On the Culinary creation are Chef Eran Drori, Nitza Ben-Shalom and Marat Barash.
The abundant menu offers a selection of tempting antipasti starters served with homemade rolls, Bocconccini salad, formattini (Goat Cheese Pastry), seafood soup and a great Pasta selection with fine classical and special sauces. Amongst the Main Dishes, Scaloppini Borghese, Fillet D’Cameron - Veal Fillet with seafood, Sea Bream with herbs and wine and the famous Chef speciality lamb Ossobuco - all juicy and stimulating the palate for the Grand Finale; Indulging desserts as Halva parfait with meringue and nuts, Tiramisu or Bacco - chocolate cake with pralines.
