Brasserie Ein Kerem

A Mediterranean bistro-style restaurant set amid pastoral surroundings, Brasserie adds flair to a classic menu concept. Fish kebabs are served with pickled lemon slices and soft goat cheese, seafood cannelloni comes in "Bloody Mary" sauce, the roast beef club sandwich is brought to life with arugula leaves, gnocchi is stuffed with ricotta and spinach, and the roasted root vegetable medley starter gets a sweet and sour twist care of cranberries. The menu features a rich selection of salads, sea foods, pastas, meats and seasonal specials.

The restaurant is located in the heart of Jerusalem's scenic Ein Kerem village, adjacent to the Mary's Well pilgrimage destination. The entrance level includes a central bar with comfortable seating nooks surrounding it plus side rooms perfect for private events of 20 to 80 people. Above, on the roof, a terrace overlooks the Jerusalem Hills and the churches of Ein Kerem. Brasserie serves brunch every weekday from 10:00 and offers business lunch deals on weekdays from noon to 16:00. Adorned with the works of local artists, Brasserie has a variety of spaces   tailor made to everything from meetings and brunches to sunset beers and romantic dinners.

Brasserie's well-stocked bar boasts some nine whiskeys and four beers on tap, including the venerable Sam Adams. Signature cocktails include pomegranate martinis and pineapple mojitos. A comprehensive wine menu includes imported bottles from around the world but is dominated by the wineries of Israel, especially the boutiques of the Judean Hills, such as Castel, Tzora, Ella Valley, Flam and SeaHorse. A special menu for wine tastings can be arranged.
