באצ'יקידנה מגישים מאכלים הודיים, מבושלים כל יום מתוצרת מקומית טרייה. ההכנה הינה במיטב המסורת ההודית. המסעדה צמחונית ואינה משתמשת במוצרים משומרים, מעובדים או מוקפאים. איננו מגישים משקאות ממותקים, מוגזים או אלכוהוליים.
במטבח שלנו אין תנורי מקרוגל, ואנו משתמשים אך ורק בנייר ממוחזר.
יש אפשרות להזמין ולקחת אוכל הביתה.

 The preparation is in the best tradition of Indian cuisine. Ichikidana is a vegetarian restaurant that does not use canned, processed or frozen foods. No sugared, carbonated, or alcoholic beverages are served. There are no microwave ovens in our kitchen, and we use only recycled paper
