Executive Chef Boaz Dror’s cuisine is influenced by classic French, Scandinavian and Mediterranean countries. Chef Dror’s rich experience and desires motivate him to create a spectacular culinary journey and demonstrate his signature dishes and styling to the guests.
The Olive Leaf features a terrace (seasonal) where guests can enjoy the breeze of the Mediterranean while indulging the delicious menu.
In additional guests can hold special events in the terrace up to 120 people, receptions’ and cocktail parties.
In the restaurant private or business events can be held up to 60 people and starting from spring to hold weddings and events, combined with Olivia Terrace.
