Chef Asaf Granit – Chef at the ‘Adom’ (Red) restaurant in Jerusalem for eight years, where he headed a kitchen serving gourmet seasonal fare with touches of Italian and French. Granit started as a cook at Cavalier, a French restaurant in Jerusalem, and worked at various restaurants in Rome and London. In addition, he participated in three Iron Chef episodes – he defeated Chef Daniel Pekkar and Chef Stephan, and lost in finale to Chef Stephan by one point.

Chef Yossi Elad – Specializes in baking. Owner of the late café-bistro ‘Sak Kemach’ (Bag of Flour) in Mevaseret Zion for four years. In the previous decade he opened ‘Sardo’ in Tel Aviv with Hani Farber which was highly praised by those in the know, and then conquered the kitchens of ‘Oceanos’ and ‘Cacao’ in Jerusalem, ‘Aluma’ restaurant in Tarshicha and ‘Mitbach Shel Rama’ in Nataf. A member of the ‘Chef’s for Peace’ non-profit organization and the international ‘Slow Food’ movement, which supports the use of local ingredients. Heavy influenced by the Italian kitchen.

Chef Uri Navon – Graduate of the Hadassah College chef school and completed an internship at ‘Mazal Taleh’ catering firm from the founders of ‘Food Art.’ The next stop was ‘Rafael’, where he honed his skills as the baker for more than a year. From there he went on the ‘L’escargot’, a Michelen start restaurant in London. At the end of 2005, Navon returned to Jerusalem to ‘Canela’, and was sous-chef to Marcus Gerskovitz (the current chef at ‘Angelica’). In the last two years Navon was chef at ‘Lavan at the Cinematheque’ in Jerusalem.
