Bonnofait
At Bonnofait you will find the best of the best…and that's no exaggeration. If you dream of the very flakiest croissants, pastries that remind you of Paris, chocolate and cakes made of the finest ingredients and a selection of the very best sweet and savory treats...just come to Bonnofait to make fantasy a reality.
Bonnofait was opened 11 years ago and has succeeded in making the success last. Pastry chef Nurit Ran oversees the café and patisserie. Nurit is considered the pioneer of pastry in Israel – she studied French gastronomy for 2 years in Lyon and then at the famous Le Fait. When she returned to Israel, Nurit brought with her the secrets of the French kitchen: recipes, ingredients, experience and more. Nurit takes care to use only the best ingredients, some of which are only available by import, and all dishes are fresh and made on site. The atmosphere at Bonnofait is lovely and familial, the customers are regulars and of course, addicted to Bonnofait's fresh flavours. The food is kosher dairy and a variety of pastries, cakes, and savory dishes, including rice with vegetables, Eastern flavored quinoa, sweet potato-rice flour pancakes, and more, can be taken out.
Bonnofait's name isn't just random. For those who don't speak French, Bonnofait means 'well made'. During the summer, events for up to 120 people can be held in the café and on the spacious patio. In the winter, indoor events can be help for up to 40 people.
